Servertime fixed

After three long weeks, we finally managed to restore the servertime. It was
a day too far after a little mistake that was noticed too late. With some
programming, we fixed all the dates on the forums on the server to be set back
one day, and at the same time fixing the date internally with the Linux date
command.
Odd stuff is still possible, but it should fix itself within 24 hours!
